The ultimate Hero saves the day ......... for the Cavaliers

Kyrie Irving  had Quickens Loans Arena bump'n Wednesday after he delivered an All star performance as the King himself was able to witness. Iriving would score a career high 55 points in the Cavs victory over the Trail Blazers. Irving finished the game with a career high 55 points after barely missing teammate Lebron James record set back in 2005, by one point. Irvings performance was not a typical 55 point game. He would hit two crucial three's one to end the first half and one down the stretch, as the cavs would take the win 99- 94. This comes after Cavaliers forward,Lebron James, was deemed out because of a sprained wrist. Iriving came out of the game strong scoring a career high 6  3-pointers and tieing a career best 28 points in the first half. To finish the game Iriving shot 11-19 from down town being the key component in the teams victory. Irving took little credit following the game as ESPN.com had a interview with the shooting guard. "It was a total team effort." Iriving turned his stellar performance into a team celebration. If James plans to be out for substantial time, the Cavaliers will need the bench to show up.  Scoring only 11 points will not get it done against other opponents especially against teams in the West. Expecting Kyrie Iriving to be a robot night after night is not realist. The cavs will play at home for three games before heading on the road for their final two games.

Klay Thompson .........SHOOTING out of Downtown !

What a outstanding performance, by Golden State's Klay Thompson Friday as the Warriors went on to crush the Sacramento Kings 126-110.  All 19,596 fans in Oracle Arena watched with open eyes as the Klay Thompson show took center stage, something the Bay Area will charish for years to come. Thompson made a statement Friday evening as he would set the record for most points in a quarter, 37 points and a personal record of 52 points in the teams win. Thompson outscored the entire Sacramento Kings team in the third. Thompson would be aggressive the entire night. Even the warriors coach, Steve Kerr, in a post game interview by ESPN compared the phenomenal performance to something not even the great Michael Jordan did during his career. "As many spectacular things as Michael did which he did nightly, I never saw him do that," said Kerr.  Along side his teammate Steven Curry, who received the most all star votes this season, Thompson is hopeful that his performance Friday would put him along side his teammate, Curry, in the all star game. The all star hopeful, Thompson, scored 19 consecutive points in the third, shooting 11-15 beyond the arch. An All star caliber performance, hopeful  to be able to show it on the big stage.
