NBA THURSDAY

Thursday the HOUSTON ROCKETS took on the CHICAGO BULLS. The Houston Rockets came into this game off of a season high, as they would go on to beat some of leagues top ranked teams (Indiana Pacers,Miami heat, and Portland Trail Blazers).Their season high would slowly end, as they would go down to the Oklahoma City Thunder, tuesday 106-98. The rockets would drop to a record of 44-21. Tonight they were hopeing they could get back to their great style of basketball that helped them beat some of the best teams and would power them foward to a win over the bulls. The Chicago Bulls came into this game on a stable streak, as they would beat the Miami heat in over time sunday, but would then go down to the spurs tuesday. They were hopeing that thursday against the rockets, they would be able to gain another win, as they would have a record of 35-29. First quarter the bulls would get out to a 16-0 lead, but soon the rockets would come back. The bulls would out score the rockets in the first 25-20. Second quarter the bulls would continue to dominate as they would out score the rockets 25-22 in the second. Second half the bulls would put the game away, out scoring the rockets in the third 35-16. Fourth quarter the rockets would try to make a come back, but it was to little to late, as they would out score the bulls in the fourth 29-26. Leading scorers for the rockets were Jeremy Lin who went 7/13 scoring 21 points, 2 rebounds,and 3 ast. and Dwight Howard going 5/7 scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds, and 1 ast. Leading scorer for the bulls were Joakim Noah going 3/6 scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 ast. and Mike Dunleavy going 8/15 21 points, 7 rebounds, 2 ast. The bulls would go on to win it 111-87.
