NFL TRAINING CAMP DAY 5

Yesterday began day number five of NFL training camp. Every team was continueing there prepartions for the pre season opener. Ed Reed of the Houston Texans expressed to reporters Tuesday that he isn't make any promises that he will be ready to play for the Texans season opener against the San Diego Chargers. Reed said earlier in the week that he won't be playing in the Texans preseason games, because of the surgery he had in late April to repair a torn labrum. Reed hasn't practiced with the team at all during training camp this week. "I'm opening the hip up and stuff like that, but at some point it kind of grabs." as Reed describes the lingering pain on Tuesday. We will see on September 9th if the Texans safety will be dressed out and out on the field. DeAngelo Hall of the redskins had his share of injuries also on day number four at the Redskins Tranining camp facility. Redskins corner back DeAngelo Hall told reporters he had sprained ligaments in the back of his right ankle and could miss the rest of training camp. When asked about the pain in his ankle he told reporters "I can't put any pressure on it. It's kind of funky. I've never had this particular injury before." The cornerback showed up to practice with a boot on. Hall got hurt Monday when he lost his footing, trying to defend his team mate Skye Dawson. Hall believes he should be ready to go just in time for the preseason opener.
