NBA TUESDAY

Tonight started the NBA seasons second half of the season after the All-Star break. It was a great weekend for these stars, but it was time for them to go back to work. Tonight's game of the evening were the CHICAGO BULLS vs NEW ORLEANS HORNETS. The Chicago bulls came into this game with two all stars on there team Luol Deng and Joakim Noah, both of these players dis a great job at there positions and played a big role in this teams success this season so they were very worthy of making the all-star team. The Chicago bulls came into this game as being one of the top teams in the East behind the Miami heat. The Chicago bulls had a record of 31-22. The New Orleans hornets had a little bit of a different story.Leading forward/center for the Hornets is Anthony Davis and he was chosen for the rookie/ Rising stars game for all-star weekend from the hornets team. They have struggled to find there place in the east but they're slowly trying to fight there way back to try to get into the play-offs. The Hornets had a record of 19-35 before this game. First quarter the Chicago bulls came out very strong showing how they had sent two of there players to the all-star game and how they were worthy of it out scoring the hornets 26-21. Second quarter the hornets wouldn't give up they would come towering back out scoring the bulls in the second 22-21. Second half the bulls came out very strong again out scoring the Hornets in the third 27-25. Fourth quarter the hornets would fight back but it wouldn't be enough, the bulls would out score the hornets in the fourth 22-19. Leading scorers for the Chicago Bulls were Luol Deng with 20 points, Joakim Noah with 17 rebounds, and Kirk Hinrich had 10 ast. Leading scorers for the New Orleans Hornets were Eric Gordon with 20 points, Anthony Davis with 10 rebounds, and Greivis Vasquez with 10 ast. The Chicago Bulls would start there All-Star break/ Second Half of the season off very well going on to win it 96-87
