NBA WEDNESDAY NIGHT

Tonight's first game of the evening was the LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS vs ORLANDO MAGIC. These two teams are from two difference conferences, but both had the same goal to be the number one team in there conference. The Los Angeles Clippers came into this game as being one of the top two teams in the west with a record of 34-16, so this game was very important to them. The Orlando Magic weren't in the top of there conference in the east but they wanted to finish off the first part of there season strong before going into the allstar break. First Quarter both teams came out very strong, both scoring 17 points in the first quarter. Second quarter the Magic get the upper hand out scoring the Clippers in the second 25-23. Second half the Los Angeles Clippers came out very strong after the first half surging to a commanding lead in the third quarter out scoring the Magic 24-13. Fourth quarter the Clippers gain on there lead, that they had formed in the third quarter going on to win it and out scoring the Magic in the fourth quarter 22-21. Leading scoreres for the Los Angeles Clippers were Eric Bledsoe 27 points, DeAndre Jordan 14 rebounds, and Lamar Odom with 4 asst. Leading scorers for the Orlando Magic were Jameer Nelson with 18 points, Nikola Vucevic 14 rebounds, and E'Twaun Moore 5 ast. The Los Angeles Clippers would go on to win it 86-76.

Tonight's second game of the evening was the HOUSTON ROCKETS vs MIAMI HEAT. These two teams are from two completely different conferences. The Rockets were battling for a play off spot/ in the running for a play off spot, while the Miami heat were number one in the east. The Miami Heat had a record heading into the game tonight of 31-14, while the Houston Rockets had a record of 27-12. First quarter the Rockets came out ready to play, but so did there opponent the Miami Heat in the end the Heat would end up out scoring the Rockets in the first quarter 30-32.  Second quarter  the Miami Heat continued there commanding lead into the 2nd quarter out scoring the rockets again 31-26. Second half the Houston Rockets came battling back trying to cut down the lead some by out scoring the Heat 27-26. Fourth quarter the Miami heat would hold on to there lead and would go on to win it but both teams would score 25-25 points in the fourth quarter. Leading Scorers for the Rockets were James Harden with 36 points and 7 asst, Omer Asik with 14 rebounds. Leading scorers for the Heat were Lebron James 32 points, Udonis Haslem 13 rebounds, and Dwayne Wade had 8 asst. The heat would hold off the rockets and would go on to win it 114-108
