MLB MONDAY

Tonight's match-up of the evening were the CLEVELAND INDIANS vs BALTIMORE ORIOLES. The Indians came into this game with a record of 38-36 on the season. The orioles came into this game with a record of 42-34 on the season. First inning the orioles would get out to a early lead, with Markakis hit a home run to center field , putting the orioles up 1-0. The Indians would come up empty in the first. The Second and third inning neither team would score. Fourth inning the Indians would come up empty, but the orioles would continue to sore and Wieters of the orioles would get a home run to center field. Fifth inning both teams would come up empty. Sixth inning the orioles would slow down, and would come up empty in the sixth, but the Indians would see this as there chance to catch up. Swisher of the Indians would hit a single to center field, helping Kipnis score. Later in the inning the Indians would score again, and would come up big, with Brantley hitting a single to center field, helping Swisher and Santana score. By the end of the sixth, it was a complete switch of momentum, and the Indians would be up 3-2 at the bottom of the sixth. Seventh inning both teams would come up empty. Eighth inning the orioles would come up empty, but the Indians would try to extend there lead. Brantley of the Indians would hit a home run to right field helping McDonald score, making the score at the bottom of the eighth 5-2. Ninth inning neither team would score. The Indians would come from behind to win it 5-2.
