NBA FINALS (Game 5)

Last night's match-up of the evening were the MIAMI HEAT vs SAN ANTONIO SPURS. The heat came into this game off of a big win in San Antonio for game number 4 of the series, winning by over 15 points. If the heat wanted a chance in being up in the series before they headed back to Miami , game 5 was a must win. The spurs came into this game, being embarrassed in game 4, after they gave all they had. If the spurs wanted any chance, in being up 3-2 in the series, and a chance at winning the series, game number 5 was a must win. First quarter the heat would look absolutely horrendous, starting off the game defensively out of sink, which would carry over to there offense. The spurs would out score the heat in the first 32-19. Second quarter the heat would get there offense back on track, but there defense wouldn't be able to hold, letting the spurs score 29 points to there 33 points in the second. Second half the spurs would continue to get there way against the heats defense, and would take advantage of the heat being out of sink, out scoring the heat 26-23. Fourth quarter the heat would try to come up with a monster performance, with Ray Allen making 15 points, in the fourth quarter and getting some must needed threes down the stretch. Leading scorers for the heat were Dwyane Wade with 25 points, 4 rebounds, and 10 ast. and Lebron James with 25 points, 6 rebounds, and 8 ast. Leading scorers for the spurs were Danny Green with 24 points and 6 rebounds and Tony Parker with 26 points, 1 rebound, and 5 ast. The heat would go on to lose a very crucial game number 5, but would get amazing efforts from Ray Allen and Shane Battier, down the stretch, but it just wouldn't be enough for the heat. The spurs would go on to win it 114-104.
