MLB WEDNESDAY

Tonight's key match-up of the evening were the KANSAS CITY ROYALS vs ATLANTA BRAVES. The Kansas City Royals came into this game with a record of 7-5. The Atlanta Braves came into this game with a record of 11-1. First inning both teams would come up short, both teams not scoring any runs. Second inning the Royals would come up empty with zero runs, but the Atlanta braves Fransico would hit a home run to put them up 1-0. Third inning the Braves would come up empty, but the royals Getz would get a home run in for the royals , making the score 1-1. Fourth inning the Braves would come up empty handed but the royals Francoeur would get a single hit that would help Perez score for the royals, which would put them up 2-1. Fifth and Sixth inning both teams would come up empty handed. Seventh inning the Royals would come up empty handed but the braves, Francisco would hit a home run that would tie the game at 2-2. Eighth inning the royals would come up empty handed , but the braves would come up big, with Heyward, Upton, and Uggla all scoring home runs for the braves and also Schafer getting a base hit but then reaching home to get them another score. Ninth inning the braves would come up empty handed but the royals would try to catch up by Getz scoring for the royals but it wouldn't be enough. The Braves would go on to win there 12th game of the year 6-3.
