MLB SATURDAY

Today's MLB game of the day were the MINNESOTA TWINS vs DETRIOT TIGERS. The twins came into this game with a record of 18-27. The tigers came into this game with a record of 27-19. First inning the  tigers would come up short, unable to make any runs in the first, but twins would have a differenct story. The twins would come out of the gate very strong, and ready to compete. Mauer of the twins would hit a home run to right field . Later in the inning Morneau would hit a deep double to center field, helping Willingham score. The twins would be up 3-0 at the bottom of the first. The second through fourth inning neither team would score. Fifth inning the twins would come up short, but the tigers would take full advantage, this was there chance to cut the deficit. Hunter of the tigers would hit a double to center field, helping his team mate Dirks get a run in. The twins would still lead 3-1 at the bottom of the fifth. In the sixth inning the twins would come up empty, but the tigers knew this was there chance to cut more into the deficit. Peraita of the tigers would hit a home run to right field. By the bottom of the sixth, the twins would still be leading 3-2. Neither team would score the rest of the game, and the Twins would go on to win it 3-2.
