NBA SATURDAY

Today's match-ups of the day were the MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES  vs OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER. The grizzlies came into this game tied in the series 1-1.The grizzlies, in the previous series vs the Los Angeles Clippers struggled in the first few games, but eventually found there rhythm, and they were hopeing that would carry into this series as well.  The thunder came into this game tied as well in this series 1-1. First quarter the grizzlies would get out to a commanding lead, out scoring the thunder 22-18. Second quarter the thunder would battle back, out scoring the grizzlies 27-22. Second half the grizzlies would out score the thunder in the third 22-25. Fourth quarter both teams would score 21 points. Leading scorers for the grizzlies were Marc Gasol with 20 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 ast. and Zach Randolph with 8 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 ast. and Mike Conley with 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 ast. Leading scorers for the thunder were Kevin Durant with 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 5 ast. The grizzlies would go on to win game 3, making the series 2-1.

Today's second match-up of the evening were the NEW YORK KNICKS  vs INDIANA PACERS. The knicks came into this game tied with the pacers in the series 1-1.This knicks had struggled, in previous games in the series, with finishing quarters and half's, they were hopeing tonight that they could correct that, so that they could get the win.  The pacers came into this game tied in the series 1-1. First quarter the pacers would get out to a lead , out scoring the knicks in the first 18-15. Second quarter both teams would come out strong, defensively, and  struggle on the offensive end, both only score 18 points. Second half the pacers would out score the knicks in the third 26-20. Fourth quarter the knicks would try to make a strong comeback, but there wasn't enough offense for them to prevail, the pacers would out score the knicks 20-18. Leading scorers for the knicks were Carmelo Anthony with 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 1 ast. and Iman Shumpert with 8 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 ast. Leading scorers for the pacers were Paul George with 14 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 ast. and Roy Hibbert with 24 points and 12 rebounds. Both teams were having a off shooting night, but the Pacers would prevail, and would go  on to win it 82-71, making the series 2-1.
