MLB SUNDAY

Tonight's first match-up of the evening were the OAKLAND ATHLETICS vs HOUSTON ASTROS. The athletics would come into this game with a record of 27-23 on the season. The astros would come into this game with a record of 14-35 on the season. Neither team would get out to a early lead early, but once the Athletics got started in the fourth inning the Astros had a very difficult time stopping them. By the time the Astros would get going, it would be to late, the Athletics would go on to win it 6-2.

Tonight's second match-up of the evening were the NEW YORK YANKEES vs TAMPA BAY RAYS. The Yankees came into this game with a record on the season of 30-18. The rays came into this game with a record of 24-24 on the season. At the beginning of the game the rays would get out to a commanding lead, and the yankees wouldn't have the chance of stopping them. By the time the yankees got started,it was to late. The rays would go on to win it 8-3.

Tonight's third match-up of the evening were the CHICAGO CUBS vs CINCINNATI REDS. The cubs came into this game with a record of 18-30 on the season. The reds came into this game with a record of 31-18 on the season. Neither team would be able to get out to a early lead. The Reds would soon get out to a lead in the fourth inning , but little did they know that later int he game the cubs would come towering back. The cubs would come from behind to win it 5-4.

 
Tonight's final match-up of the evening were the BALTIMORE ORIOLES vs TORONTO BLUE JAYS. The orioles would come into this game with a regular season record of 27-22. The blue jays would come into this game with a regular season record of 20-29. The orioles would begin the game getting out to a early lead, being up by two at the bottom of the second. The blue jays wouldn't respond until the bottom of the fourth, but from then on they wouldn't look back. The blue jays would go on to win it 6-5.
